We have been so fortunate to not only partner with Chris & Cyndi Smith on photography over the years, but we’ve also had the chance to fill their home with some very special pieces of Huston & Company furniture. When Chris & Cyndi downsized and decided to build their forever home, a contemporary, one-story house in Kennebunk, we were so glad that they decided to add to their growing collection of Huston & Company pieces.
The bedroom they share in their home is serene and minimal, and the pieces of cherry furniture they chose to include only add to the room’s sense of calm. The spacious room is anchored by our JP Bed and is further accented by a custom version of our Davenport Tall Chest.
Instead of the standard eight drawers in our Davenport Tall Chest, Chris & Cyndi’s custom version has six. Knowing exactly where he wanted to store each item of clothing in his wardrobe, Chris had us size the drawers accordingly.
Of course, we love this shot of the Smith family pup and all of the natural light that filters through their beautiful bedroom.
