Over the years we have enjoyed maintaining a wonderful working relationship with our neighbors in Kennebunk at Maine Art Gallery. We have been extremely fortunate to hang beautiful works of art by some of their represented artists in our showroom, while the gallery features a number of different Huston & Company tables and pedestals in a variety of wood types.
We had a chance to swing by Maine Art earlier this spring, before their busy summer season is underway, to take some photos of their spacious, light-filled gallery on Western Avenue. Not only is the gallery currently preparing for their next featured show to open at the end of May, they’re also wrapping up construction on their new seven micro galleries on Chase Hill Road in time for the Maine Art Hill Block Party on June 8th as part of The Kennebunkport Festival. We’re especially excited about their 7th annual Choice Art Show featuring 12 artists that previews that evening as well. It is an honor to see Huston & Company furniture featured alongside that of Maine Art’s 30+ talented artists. We hope you’ll take a moment to stop in the gallery the next time you’re in Kennebunk – there is so much beauty to see and experience on Maine Art Hill.
